1 tech lead: Some management experience
Should be technical with some management experience. May jump in to do Handson. Will work on refinements and involve in design conversation. Will need to help Sr. and jr. Engineers.

3 Senior Engineers: 3+ yrs experience
3 Junior Engineers : 6 months to 1 year experience with Golang

Tech Stack: Golang and AWS. API based development
Using Serverless AWS : Fargate, lambda, DynamoDB, Route53, ALB,
